Individuals can also start meditating, as meditation is helpful in calming one’s mind, and can help one be in the present and is also helpful in relaxing the body physically, thus improving mental health. Since pandemic has paved the way for work from home, your screen time has increased. When feeling overwhelmed, take short breaks during the day and try relaxing. While doing all this, it is also important to keep in mind that you are going through a pandemic and it’s not a productivity race. There is nothing bad about taking care of yourself and adopting new things, but if any of these things make you feel anxious, you should give up on them. Try being compassionate to yourself and to others rather than being critical of ourselves.
